I recently brought my Land Rover to Central Land Rover because I had a leaking tire while visiting from Dallas. The service team initially worked on the issue, but the tire was still losing air after I left.

When I returned, Lane, the Service Manager, immediately stepped in and took care of the problem. Even though they were close to closing, he made sure the issue was corrected and that I left satisfied. That level of customer service and commitment is hard to find.

I truly appreciate Lane's quick response, professionalism, and willingness to make things right. Great service experience and I highly recommend Central Land Rover.

I had a great experience buying a 2022 Navigator from Joseph in the sales department. They arranged shipment to Austin and worked with me to expedite the entire process as much as possible. Ultimately there was an issue with a running light but the team owned it and fully reimbursed the repair costs.
