I recently purchased a vehicle from Land Rover Houston Central, and I was pleasantly surprised with how welcoming and personable the whole staff was...Specifically Eric and Joseph. I initially reached out to Eric about the vehicle I was looking for/at, but let him know I wasn't immediately available to come out and test drive. He took it upon himself to pull the vehicle, and record 7 different walk around videos of the vehicle to ensure all of my questions and concerns about the vehicle were answered/addressed before i even made the trip down to see it. When I was finally able to make it to the dealership, unfortunately Eric was assisting another customer, but in stepped Joseph. He continued the theme of friendly helpful customer service, and kept me informed and entertained throughout the entire process. My wife and I had to bring our young daughter on this car buying adventure as well, and Joseph was very accommodating to all of us. Even after the process/purchase was complete, Joseph continued to act as an advocate for me, helping me rectify the missing 2nd key issue! Great experience with sales. Fernando, my salesman, listened to what features i wanted on my car and found it at a great price. He also provided great details on the two cars I was researching to give me a great comparison. Finance couldn’t beat my pre-approved interest rate as was told to me during the paperwork. Once i got to finance, they couldn’t and being a holiday was reluctant to work with my credit union. Dinging them one star for their reluctancy to work with my credit union at my preferred rate. Ended up financing through their preferred lender at a higher rate. I’m very happy with the car. Everything I wanted and more!

I’ve been having issues with my truck and couldn’t get any one to call me back. Last night i finally spoke to someone and he said you need to call Dexter in the morning. I called today next Morning and realized there is no one name victor that works at that dealership. I had the opportunity to speak with Victor, who changed my entire experience. After speaking with Victor in the service department he was able to take care of my issues. He was very nice and took care of me. It’s imperative to speak with a supervisors when having issues. I will add it’s hard to get anyone to pick up your call, but when they finally pick up just ask for a manager otherwise they will spin you. I can’t thank Victor enough for helping me and my husband.

This review is for a recent used car purchase. Saw the vehicle online and called dealership. Got some of the information on the car, photos of it, and decide to go look at the car while in Houston. I was helped by Elton Love who was great to work with. Answered all my questions. Made an offer on the car and dealt with Cory Christman who is the pre-owned Director. Some hard nosed negotiating but got the deal worked out. Elton and Cory were very professional and were straight up in their dealings with me. Did exactly what they promised me they would do before I went in to sign the paperwork. The car need a few things done before purchase and they did what they promised in the time they said they would. Negotiating a used car purchase isn’t my idea of fun but dealing with professionals makes the process much more palatable. 5 star experience.

I think scheduling got a bit mixed up because they couldn't find my appointment, but that didn't matter the service advisor never told me they couldn't fit me in, he took my info and looked at my truck & recommend i take advantage of my scratch repair on my rims before it expires, wow i didn't even worry about that before because i had forgot i had that coverage! That was pretty awesome of him to recommend that, anyhow they serviced my truck in the same day, they washed it a little but it was raining that day but i was still greatful because im a softball/baseball mom & i don't have time to be washing my truck all the time, so with that being said my service guy was very nice & helpful he wasn't judgemental one bit i kinda went in there dressed down & in the past have been looked at some type of way, because i didn't fit the money loaded desciption i guess, but i pay alot of mind to that since I use to be a manager at Specs the sales guys would pass all the dressed down people up & help the more sofisticated dressed first but low & behold one day one of the dressed down guys that got past up got help from a new guy & asked the sales guy that he needed his wine cellar to be filled! Wow just wow, so lesson learned needless to say that sales guy had a fabulous xmas that year. Anyhow sorry for the long posting but I did want to add in here that the cash register lady im not sure thats the right label but where i got my keys & paperwork at, she was very kind happy & made me feel very welcome.

Bit rocky start. Nearly 15 minutes waiting for someone to come to the suv, and had the mileage and suv model wrong, on the form. Once these items were addressed things went great and I was able to get in and out foe an oil change in less than an hour. Which was important to me due to an unscheduled issue at work

I booked this annual service on line but when I tried to contact the dealer by phone to discuss details I got no response and no reply to the message left. When I arrived with the vehicle the receptionist had no record of my appointment and only when she found the assigned Advisor did things start to come together. The service itself was comprehensive, conducted in reasonable time and the detailing made it look like a new vehicle. The whole dealership is in the middle of a major rebuild so they can be forgiven if the waiting lounge is not up to their normal standards.

Anastasia Fitz is a very knowledgeable salesperson. She is well versed on all the models and understands the ins and outs of financing . She's been here awhile and I wish I had known about her for our past purchases. We basically like to test drive then deal over the phone and via text to limit the time sitting around the dealership and she was brilliant. This is our third Land Rover purchase from this dealership and no one has known all the nitty gritty details of each model like she does. Our previous purchase was from another Land Rover dealership in Houston, far away from our home, mainly because the service department here was subpar. With the new management, and new showroom construction beginning soon we are thrilled to see the positive changes taking place.

Dealership needs to dramatically increase loaner car program to stay competitive with other luxury dealers service department. Wait was six weeks,for loaner and my vehicle needed a repair that could not wait. Had to rent a vehicle while repair took a week. This is an investment that can payoff with exposure to new models Repair was performed under warranty and service was great.

Mike helped me so much when I had a hose break and an engine overheating issue. Even during the busy holiday season he managed to get me in and out in a timely fashion. I am so grateful for Mike.

Just bought a 2016 LR4 HSE. love it! The sales rep AJ was fantastic. Only issue I had was with the finance manager that was there. I was told he normally doesn’t work at the central location and I didn’t catch his name. He told us that they do not do out of state financing (they do) and he was just a straight up dick with attitude. I had already been pre approved with my bank in AK with a good interest rate. He tried make it so that I had to go with their financing with a 10.9 rate! And when I called him out on his attitude he put his hands up and left the office and didn’t say a word. That’s when Reese took over and did a great job from then on. So thanks to everyone there except that one jerk. Wish I had his name.

No one ever wants to take their vehicle to the dealer (I used to equate the experience equal as going to the dentist :-(). Took my car in for suspension, rim repair. When I locked up the car, the repair on the rim was done but found 2 more places that needed repair that weren’t there when I dropped the car off. Nick told me that he would have all of the rims redone and provide me a full car detail in return for my inconvenience.

The service team is top notch! I know they are so incredibly busy but Jay always makes the time for me if I have a concern about my car.

Service adviser was friendly and professional. However, my loaner car was VERY dirty inside. It appears that loaner cars are only washed on the outside but mine had empty coke can, dirty fork and a few other items left inside by the previous user. My service adviser very kindly made some compensation which I appreciated but I was not happy to drive a dirty vehicle. Hopefully they will check to see if the loaner car is clean the next time .

We are very happy with our buying experience at Land Rover Houston Central. We visited several other luxury car dealers (BMW, Mercedes, Audi) and on a relative basis our experience here exceeded all others. We contacted the dealership through an Internet posting, somebody called us right away, we came in the next morning and bought the car. Unlike all other dealerships, we spoke with our salesman, the Sales Manager and the GM. Nobody was too important or too busy to take the time (and courtesy) to meet us. Our salesman, Elton Love, was great. A true professional who stayed on top of our purchase. We were scheduled to pick up our car on his day off, but he had an associate call to update me our vehicle (we bought certified Pre-owned). The only issue we had was when my wife called their service department directly to ask about our car. My wife said her name and said she was calling on her white Range Rover...the guy who answered responded "well, I have about 20 of those here right now"...to which my wife responded "how many of those 20 have my name associated with them?" My wife is a busy business executive with little tolerance for this type of talk. This said, she was delighted with the purchase process otherwise and our salesman, Elton.
