About Land Rover Houston Central's Encore Specialist Program
The
Encore Specialist's entire focus is on ensuring our owners understand
how to fully operate the features of their new vehicle. This position is
a high-luxury resource aimed at directly and personally serving our
owners by taking unparalleled product knowledge out to them, wherever
and whenever it is best for their schedule. The Encore Specialist
therefore helps to erase the line between an owner's experience at our
center and an owner's experience with his or her new vehicle.
What is Encore Delivery?
We
understand you may not have the time to explore the new options and
features in your new Land Rover, so we make it easier by providing you with a
training from our Encore Specialist. Some of the items we will focus on
during the appointment include:
- Bluetooth paring and streaming
- Explain operational features that may have been clear upon delivery
- Review less intuitive features where additional information may be helpful
- Offering guidance on the included literature and process(es)

How Can I Sign Up?
At
the point of the delivery for your new Land Rover, your sales professional
will explain the Encore service to you and give you the option to
schedule an appointment with our specialist. Alternatively, you may
